At SONGMICS HOME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We ensure a hassle-free process to help you create your perfect living space with confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
